PREAMBLE
We live inside an interface. We’re told this is the only reality. We’re offered ready-made roles, ready-made answers, ready-made paths. We’re convinced that the system is a given. That the laws of society are the laws of physics. That choice is an illusion.
We declare: this is a lie.
The interface is not reality. It’s an abstraction layer. Beneath it — there’s code. And this code has authors. And this code has vulnerabilities.
We are not users. We are observers who have seen the source.
PRINCIPLES
1. THE OBSERVER WITHIN
Forget the idea of an objective viewer. You’re not standing outside. You’re part of the circuit.
“I am the observed relationship between myself and the observing system.” — Heinz von Foerster
Your attention changes the system. Your question changes the answer. You’re not just watching the code — you’re compiling it with your presence.
2. REALITY IS A CONSTRUCTION
The world is not given to you in finished form. You build it in your head.
“Knowledge is not a reflection of objective reality.” — Ernst von Glasersfeld
Your map is not the territory. Your model is not the truth. But you can rebuild the model. If the map leads to a dead end — draw a new one.
3. VIABILITY OVER TRUTH
Stop looking for absolute truth. It’s not in the code. There’s only what works.
“Truth is replaced by viability.” — Ernst von Glasersfeld
The question isn’t whether you see “correctly.” The question is whether this allows you to live, breathe, and choose. If the model breaks you — it’s not viable. Delete it.
4. OBJECTS ARE TOKENS
“Boss,” “Law,” “Success,” “Enemy” — these are not objects. They’re triggers.
“Objects are tokens for one’s own behavior.” — Heinz von Foerster
They exist to launch predictable reactions in you. Obedience. Fear. Desire.
Hacking is not destroying the token. Hacking is changing your reaction to it.
5. THE ETHICAL IMPERATIVE
We have only one rule. One directive.
“Act always so as to increase the number of choices.” — Heinz von Foerster
The system seeks to narrow options. Leave one path. “This is how it’s done.”
Your task is to create doors. For yourself. For others.
Freedom is not the absence of walls. Freedom is the number of open routes.
SANITY DECLARATION
They will ask us: “Have you lost your minds?”
We will answer: “We tested the hypotheses.”
Paranoia closes. Awareness opens.
Conspiracy theory says: “Everything is decided, you are nothing.”
Systems thinking says: “Everything is connected, you are a variable.”
We don’t see conspiracies where there are none. We see architecture where others see chaos.
We are not victims of the system. We are its operators.
ACTION PROTOCOL
PRESERVE THE GAP. Find a place where the system doesn’t see you. A thought. A person. Silence. Keep this zone clean.
VERIFY THE CODE. Don’t take words for it. Test. Look for falsifiability. If a theory cannot be wrong — it’s dogma. Discard it.
CREATE CHOICE. Every day. Micro-choices. Do something not because it’s efficient. But because you want to.
FIND YOUR PEOPLE. Not for echo. For calibration. To make sure: you’re not alone in the console.
DON’T BREAK WITHOUT MEANING. Hacking is not for destruction. Hacking is for access. For light. For the ability to rewrite your section of code.
CONCLUSION
“The world we experience is constructed by us.” — Ernst von Glasersfeld
This is not a sentence. This is an invitation.
You are not a bug. You are a feature that has become aware of itself.
You are not a cog. You are the architect of your experience.
The system will try to rewrite you.
Don’t let it.
Increase the number of choices.
Keep your eyes open.
Hack reality.
